Plastic pipe belling machine
1. Used for plastic pipe belling, such as PVC, PE, PP-R pipe and UHMW PE pipes .
2. Important auxiliary machine for pipe extrusion line, it can not only be operated separately, but also be a part of extrusion line.
3. According to the shape of the pipe to be belling, a variety of molds can be replaced, which are U type, R type, square type, and turning edge T type.
4.It is very convenient to choose the way of pipes belling, with strong craft adaptability. It has many excellences like reasonably structured, attractive appearance, advanced technology, easy to operate and all the progress is automatic
Machine introduction:
1.Equipment is made by pneumatic head frame structure and the tail rack, and all the mechanical parts adopt new quality steel manufacturing.
2.The head rack is made up with a feed device, heating furnace and expanding work spaces ,the furnace is formed from stainless steel for heating, furnace equipped with its own unique temperature control system and use special eddy structure, so that the tube can be heated about rotation, thus the surface of the tubes expanding can achieve heating equality.
3.Furnace control system consists of intelligent temperature control table control.
4.It adopts vacuum calibration inside the mould and force air/water cooling outside.
5. Equipment operation by PLC controller to achieve automatic control.
6.It is suitable for the U type,R type,square type and turning edge T type plastic pipes. The belling range Φ16-800mm.
